The SSL user account system has been updated and integrated with the new SSL Web Store to improve services including offers and promotions, providing an enhanced online shopping experience.
How to get started
If you previously had an SSL account, you should have received an email letting you know what you need to do.
To access your SSL user account in the new system, you may have been required to reset your password. Even if you had an account before we upgraded to the new system, if your account was missing key information, you may be required to create a new one.
If you own an SSL 2/2+ UF8 or UC1 and you registered these devices, simply login.
Previously registered hardware and plug-ins purchased in the legacy web store
Due to data regulations, we are unable import old account information. This includes SSL hardware registered in the previous account system, and software* purchased in the legacy web store.
*You can still find these purchases in your iLok account.

Duality, AWS, Matrix, Nucelus, Sigma and Live Console owners
If you own a Duality, AWS, Matrix, Nucleus, Sigma or Live Console, and wish to register your product, please login, and change your password if prompted to do so. Registering your product is no longer a requirement to access software. See this FAQ.
