If you contact SSL support you may be asked to provide a screenshot. While making screenshots is a common procedure to many computer users, not everyone is familiar with it.
Here are guidelines on how to make screenshots on PC:
Standard PC keyboards feature a key named “Print Screen”, or similar; it may be abbreviated as “PrntScrn”, “PrtScr”, or translated to your language (for instance “Impécran” or “impression écran” on a French keyboard).
Press ALT+PRINT SCREEN to capture the active window or just PRINT SCREEN to capture the entire desktop.
This will copy the image.
Next, launch a graphics program such as Paint.
Paste the image into the blank document. This can be done by using the CTRL+V key combination (press and hold the Ctrl key, then press V).
You should then see the picture in the document.
Save as a a .PNG or .BMP image file.
The file can now be uploaded as an attachment to a tech support incident.ted.
