We are aware of a possible issue when using Duende Native plug-ins under Mac OS 10.5.8. The syptoms may include:
1 - Plug-ins failing to initialise
2 - RTAS plug-ins not being installed
3 - Plug-ins failing AU Validation in Logic. The workaround is to check the two boxes for each Duende Native plug-in anyway, then restart Logic. Ignore any warning messages about the plug-ins during Logic start-up. The plug-ins will then appear in Audio Unit>[Incompatible] in the Logic plug-in menu. Note that the plug-ins are still fully functional when used in this way.
We are working on fixing this issue and aim to offer an update in the near future.
In the meantime we recommend upgrading to Mac OS 10.6.
NOTE: This FAQ related to V3.6.6 of Duende Native. At the time of writing this note (13/06/2012) the current version is 4.0.6 and is fully compatible with Mac OS X 10.5.8.
