My unit has developed a hardware fault. What should I do?

The form should only be used if you are sure that the unit has a fault. If you are in any doubt, please contact our Service Department using the ’Contact Us’ tab above.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you with an RMA number and further instructions on returning your faulty item for repair or the dispatch of an advance replacement. Please do not return a faulty item for repair until you have received an RMA number.
