In general, when a non-detended analogue pot is fully clockwise, the output is unity gain; exactly the level received at the input.
This can be tested with a single tone signal panned hard left or hard right and compared at the output.
AWS and Duality have CPU controlled offsets, but the same principle applies there as well. If the monitor cal, speaker offset, and gain functions are at maximum, it is unity gain output.
This does not apply to the AWS and Duality effects returns and foldback level. They are +6 dB at maximum rotation.
