Yes. Items that are under warranty should be returned to your local distributor to be shipped to SSL Headquarters for repair.
Out of warranty repairs carry a 30 day limited warranty. The warranty for returned items commences on shipment from SSL. SSL endeavour to repair items within 30 days of receipt.
If the item is out warranty, please obtain an RMA number using the online RMA request form here: http://www.solidstatelogic.com/support/services/rma.asp, then you can ship the item directly to SSL. A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number must be issued prior to returning any parts for repair. The outer packaging must be suitably labelled with the RMA number.
